The Kittitas County Genealogical Society has been a great help with the Kittitas County Home Page. Especially member, Sally Robins who's efforts have got this information online. Check the out books the society has for sale.
The society also has donated two databases for use at this site: Early Kittitas County Births (1891-1907) and Kittitas County Deaths (1882-1907) - for which I am very thankful.
The Kittitas County genealogical Society was formed in 1983 as a non-profit, non-political, and non-sectarian organization. Gifts to KCGS are tax deductible.
The Kittitas County Genealogical Society is a wonderful group of people. You can join the society for a yearly membership fee of $10.00 for a single membership, and $15.00 for a double membership. Membership year is March through February. Members get the following benefits: have free use of the library (non-members pay a daily fee), be able to check out selected library books, have the opportunity to work with other genealogists, receive a quarterly newsletter, post free queries to the bulletin and other societies with whom KCGS exchanges bulletins.

The library is open 10-4 on Monday through Friday, but you should always check to be sure. Occasionally, members will open the library on selected nights. They also have a copy machine. Copies using the computer and the copy machine are 10 cents per copy. They also have forms for sale, such as pedigree charts, family group sheets, etc. Donations of genealogical materials are always welcome.
